We are more than happy to provide an exchange or refund if you contact us within 14 days of delivery, given that the items are returned in their original condition. In this context, 'original condition' refers to the items being undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, prints, and attachments intact.
Please note, however, that bespoke, custom, or personalised orders, as well as any jewellery altered according to a customer's request, such as rings, personalised charms, and engraved items, are not eligible for a refund.
Return address
For the return address, kindly get in touch with us. Please do not send anything back to the address indicated on the shipping label unless specifically instructed to do so.
Returning an Item
Before returning any item, please contact us first to confirm if it is eligible for a return.
Please safely pack the item in the original box with all the prints and attachments. It is essential to request proof of postage from the post office for your returned item and to use a tracked shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit, hence tracking provides added security and mitigates any potential disputes.
International Returns
When completing the customs declaration form, please mark the item as a 'Returned Item' to avoid any additional fees. If an item is marked incorrectly and a fee is incurred, it may be passed on to the customer, potentially delaying the return process.
If you are unsure how to complete the customs form when returning an item, we recommend contacting your local customs or post department.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt of your returned item, it will be inspected within 5 working days. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed by us. However, please note that the refund payment may take up to an additional 10 working days to appear in your account.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item from us that appears to be faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. During the review of your case, we may ask for additional details, such as photographs of the item. In some instances, we may ask you to return the item to us for a more detailed inspection.
In such a case, you'll need to cover the initial return shipping costs. However, if the fault is ours upon inspection, we will reimburse the return shipping cost. We will then offer you the choice of receiving a full refund or a replacement piece. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
This policy covers instances where items are damaged upon arrival and does not extend to damage caused by standard wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use or care. In such circumstances, an item will not be considered faulty, and you may not be eligible for a full refund.
We understand that accidents can happen, and we provide a repair service for such situations. It's important to note that repair charges will vary depending on the condition of the item, and you'll be responsible for covering the postage and any associated duties.
Cancel an order
If you wish to cancel an order placed at the Aisling Chou Studio online store, please contact us immediately, provided it is before the order is dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can still request a return within 14 days of receiving the item, after which you will have an additional 7 days to return it to us. Please follow the return instructions provided above.
Please remember that your statutory rights are not affected by our policy.
