Postage

All orders are posted personally by Aisling from Manchester, United Kingdom.

We offer free delivery within the UK, with an option to upgrade to special delivery if needed. For orders outside the UK, we use Royal Mail International Tracked, allowing you to monitor your package's journey. If your order is over £800, we'll need to use a courier service such as DHL Express.

We don't incorporate postage into the price because we're committed to transparent pricing.

Please have a look at the table below for an easier understanding of our shipping options. If you have any questions or prefer a specific shipping courier, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Customs and Duties of International Orders (including the EU)

Our products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may be required to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or upon delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may be applicable under local legislation, and customers are advised to verify these details themselves prior to placing an order.

For EU customers, we do not have an IOSS number, so you may need to pay for the aforementioned fees as well.
