If you contact us within 14 days of delivery and the items are returned in their original condition, we will provide an exchange or refund (including sale items).
However, bespoke/custom/personalised orders or any jewellery altered according to a customer's request, such as rings, personalised charms, and engraved items, are not eligible for a refund.

To return an item
Before returning any item(s), please contact us first to confirm if it is eligible for a return.
If possible, pack the item(s) in the original box. Additionally, please request proof of postage from the post office for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
International Returns
Aisling Chou Studio is not responsible for the cost of return postage or items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These are the customer's responsibilities. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a secure and tracked service to return the goods to Aisling Chou Studio.
If a customs declaration form is necessary, please mark the item as a 'Returned Item'. This will ensure the item is correctly labelled and no additional fees are incurred. If an item is marked incorrectly and a fee is incurred, it may be passed on to the customer, and the return process may also be delayed.
If you are unsure how to complete the customs form when returning an item, please contact the customs or post department.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Returns will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of your item(s) by Aisling Chou. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control. It may take up to 3 to 5 additional working days for the credit to be applied.
If the item arrives damaged
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hrs of delivery so we can organise a replacement or refund. If your parcel is damaged or opened, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. If this happens, we will cover additional shipping costs and re-ship a new replacement item.
Faulty items can only be returned if it arrives damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of delivery. All the returned items will be assessed. If an item shows damages caused by fair wear or accidental damage, it will not be considered faulty.
Cancel an order
Please contact us immediately if you want to cancel an order placed at Aisling Chou Studio online store before it is dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can still request a return within 14 days of receiving the item and you will have an additional 7 days to return it to us. Please follow the return instructions provided earlier.
Please note that your statutory rights are not affected by the above policy.
